A young couple in a standard Punggol HDB wanted their home to reflect personality rather than conformity. They were drawn to industrial aesthetics but worried about maintenance and comfort in Singapore's climate.
We developed a design that exposed one concrete wall as a feature, added metal-framed glass partitions, and installed reclaimed wood accents. Custom steel and wood furniture provided storage while reinforcing the industrial character. Strategic textile placement ensured acoustic comfort.

We created different character zones throughout the home. Public areas featured bold industrial elements like exposed beams and metal staircases. We designed multifunctional industrial pieces that provided storage while serving as design features. A custom steel and wood unit combined shelving, TV console, and desk space. Exposed piping served as clothing rails. Mirrors and strategic lighting made the space feel larger while maintaining the industrial vibe.
